The Pooya card payment system is where business experience and the creative application of information technology meet. During the previous decades, electronic banking (e-banking) has developed rapidly in all countries around the world. In Iran this development has been very rapid to the extent that by the year 2013 more than 200,000,000 smart cards were in use in addition to 30,000 ATMs, 2,800,000 POS terminals and a great number of banking kiosks.
